Approach

We take all the necessary time to understand your company’s needs and any assignment which you entrust to us. Our approach is hands-on. Every project is handled by the consultant originally assigned to it yet, we are organised on a team-oriented basis so that all resources can be activated at short notice, to handle a given project quickly and efficiently. We generally commit to the following:

• We only accept assignments where we have the requisite industry
  and functional knowledge.
• We fully and honestly represent clients to candidates and candidates to clients.
• To be fully sensitive to issues of confidentiality
• To rigorously restrict the number of clients in any one sector in order to be able to effectively develop lasting relationships
• To establish clear off-limits positions in writing and never to use any information gathered in the pursuit of an assignment to the disadvantage of a client
